How long will it take to collect my removal and get it delivered?

Your removal will be picked up and delivered to you on the same day.

What information do I need to have when I book a courier or when getting a quote?

You will need to have your postcode; size of removal; plus any parking exceptions or special instructions we need to make our drivers aware of.

What happens if my removal gets lost!?

Your removal will not get lost! If you have any queries give us a ring.

What happens if there are problems along the way?

The only problem we have encountered is traffic jams- this rarely causes major issues. If we know of a delay- we will give you a ring and let you know straight away.

What are your payment options?

We will include the following: job details, contact details, VAT numbers, description of the removal, how you chose to pay and our details.

Do I have to sign for my goods?

Yes for security reasons we will need you to sign for your goods.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, you will receive your invoice upon delivery, ALWAYS.

Yes we do! We work 24/7 and can secure your possessions overnight.
